Thai food is one of the most popular cuisines, yet few understand how to work with the unique ingredients to create a harmonized meal.


This class will teach you how to create a classic Tom Kha Gai soup, curry from scratch, and how to roll fresh spring rolls along with crafting the perfect Thai peanut sauce. Thai is Chef Jordan’s favorite cuisine to cook and eat for good reason.


Note: This class can be made vegan upon request.

All ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.


All class participants go home with all the leftovers from each class in compostable, eco-friendly boxes.
