In this class Chef Jordan dives deep into the holistic benefits of various types of mushrooms and shares the best way to infuse them into healthy decadent dishes.

This 3-course class features a rich and creamy Mushroom Thyme Bisque, an entree course of Zucchini & Portobello Mushroom Lasagna, along with a dessert course featuring Raw banana cheesecake

All ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.


All class participants go home with all the leftovers from each class in compostable, eco-friendly boxes.
