Learn to use the best seasonal ingredients as you discover new cooking techniques with colleagues enjoying stunning lake-views.

 

With co-workers at your side, compose a California kale salad with crushed blackberry vinaigrette, then learn to sear freshly caught whitefish, served with Chef Jordan’s cilantro cream sauce, seared eggplant, fingerling potatoes and peppers. Chef Jordan brings his love of flavors and passion for cooking to this menu so that you and your team leave with new recipes and an understanding of cooking techniques you can use every day.

 

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
