Learn how to make pasta from scratch in this hands-on group nourishing event.

 

Join Chef Jordan for a team building activity of pasta-making set in a gorgeous venue of the Chef with stunning lake views. You'll work together to create fettuccini pasta from scratch as well as an Italian appetizer and dessert.

 

Begin by preparing Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. Then, Chef Jordan will teach your team how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch, including tips for using a pasta maker at home. You'll pair your fresh pasta with a homemade marinara sauce and hearty lemon rosemary chicken. For dessert, prepare a vanilla panna cotta with strawberry sauce. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

 

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
