Master the art of slicing and mashing avocados to mix with diced tomatoes, citrus, cilantro, fruit and more. Your team will work together to prepare a do-it-yourself taco station complete with corn and flour tortillas, chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, fresh cheeses, salsa and sour cream. Sip on some virgin sangria or wine while you work and enjoy the captivating lake views of the Chef's venue.
